How we screen Talent

Not millions of unfiltered profiles, but screened e-commerce Talent. This is the difference with OnlineJobs.ph.

1. Practical skills test

Every Talent takes at least one test (e.g. bol.com, Shopify, customer service). Score < 70% → no access. The test is graded server-side; answers are never visible.

2. Video intro

A short (unlisted) video so you see the person behind the profile, not an anonymous CV.

3. Manual review

A human reviews every profile (experience, test, video) before it gets the 'Verified' status.

4. Continuous

Tests can expire and are retakeable, so screening stays current. A combined screening score (bronze/silver/gold) sums up the signals.
