I have 8+ years of experience in e-commerce. I started Rehire because I saw that Filipino talent doesn't always get the recognition it deserves from European employers.
I have always worked with people from the Philippines and learned what they value, and what EU employers value. I want to make that connection simple and pleasant for both sides, and to raise the standard for Filipino talent: better conditions, real contracts and higher pay.

What is the skills test?
A short role-specific test (you need 70% to pass) plus a video intro, so employers can trust your e-commerce experience.
Do I need e-commerce experience?
Yes. Rehire is exclusively for Talent with demonstrable experience supporting online stores such as bol.com and Shopify.
How do I get matched to jobs?
Once your profile is complete and screened, you receive "new job for you" alerts and can apply with one click.
Can I chat with employers directly?
Yes. After you apply you can chat in real time inside the app, with no external tools needed.
How much can I earn?
On average, wages on Rehire sit about 20% above other platforms. You set your own rate per role during onboarding, based on your skills and the role.
When can I start?
Talent registration is open now. Employers start hiring from August 1.
Where are the employers from?
The Netherlands and the wider EU, with bol.com sellers, Shopify stores and similar e-commerce businesses.
