These terms govern your use of Rehire. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Rehire connects EU e-commerce businesses with pre-screened Talent from the Philippines. We facilitate discovery, screening and contact; the working relationship is between employer and Talent.
Accounts
You provide accurate information and keep your login secure. Talent accounts are for individuals based in the Philippines. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or break these terms.
Screening & verification
Skill tests, IQ tests and ID/address verification are reviewed by our admins. We decide what counts as verified; submitting false information can lead to removal.
Payments
Rehire is free for Talent. Employer plans, when live, are billed as shown on the pricing page. You only pay once you choose a paid plan.
Acceptable use
No fraud, harassment, scraping or attempts to move screening or payments off-platform to avoid our protections. Treat other users professionally.
Liability
We provide the platform "as is" and are not party to agreements between employers and Talent. We are not liable for the conduct of users or the outcome of any hire.
